Gary Boomershine has over 19 years of sales and executive management experience in emerging markets and public markets
in a broad range of industries including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Enterprise Software, New Media, and
High Tech Manufacturing. Mr. Boomershine has previously held senior sales and management roles at CrossWorlds Software
(acquired by IBM), Recipio (acquired by SATMETRIX), and DiCarta Software (acquired by Emptoris). Mr. Boomershine
is known for his innate ability to identify emerging markets, build and manage strategic relationships, structure and negotiate
complex deals, and build and foster strong management teams and advisory boards.
As a consummate entrepreneur, investor and financier, Mr. Boomershine has demonstrated an ability and track record to
build and grow profitable companies from the ground up. During the previous 8 years, Mr. Boomershine has been successful
founding and operating both real estate acquisition and lending companies involved in hundreds of profitable property
acquisitions, as well as a real estate marketing and software company that services over 3,500 real estate professionals across
the United States. Gary's strong domain expertise in complex real estate transactions, sales and marketing, give him a unique
ability to work with entrepreneurs and operators looking to grow their businesses. Mr. Boomershine is the Managing Director
for NorCal Capital Management, one of the most innovative private money lending companies in California, and manages the
Real Estate Sector for Full Throttle Ventures. Gary serves on three portfolio company boards.
Mr. Boomershine started his career in management and technology consulting with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in
their San Francisco office, where he worked in High Tech and Fortune 500 Manufacturing clients. During his years in Silicon
Valley, Mr. Boomershine was consistently a top revenue producer in enterprise sales and sales management.
Mr. Boomershine has a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UC Davis.
